Booking notice: Please book at least 7 days before closing. Bookings with less notice depend on availability, and a 20% rush fee applies.

How it works: After you book, we’ll ask for the property address, the ready-by time, photos of the space, your colors or brokerage branding, and access details (lockbox or onsite contact). We install before your clients arrive. Balloon décor stays with your clients, so there’s nothing to pick up.

Choose delivery at checkout, since every closing package is installed at the property. Delivery is free on orders of $495 or more.
