Quotes, bookings, and payments Each accepted proposal, invoice, and Customer Event Services Agreement controls the specific event. If website information conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. A consultation does not reserve an event date or guarantee availability. Photos, video, and promotional use Images created through a photo experience may be processed and delivered as part of the service. Promotional use requires separate affirmative consent from the depicted adult—or a parent or legal guardian for a depicted minor. A customer cannot grant publicity rights for other adults. Brown Butter Moments will not sell personal information or use a guest’s contact information for unrelated marketing solely because the guest participated in a photo experience.
