Event Design Session

$150

A 90-minute Zoom session to shape your vision, with a mood board, rental plan, and layout. Your $150 is credited toward any planning, coordination, or curated experience booking.

You planned it; we run it. Up to 6 hours on site, vendor confirmations two weeks out, a detailed event timeline, and setup oversight.

For hosts who have a venue and want a partner: a design concept and mood board, vendor recommendations, one venue walkthrough, a full event timeline, and day-of coordination.

How planning works with rentals

Planning fees cover our time and expertise. Rentals, photo booths, curated experiences, and delivery are booked separately at the prices shown on our site, so you always see exactly what you’re paying for. Outside vendors, such as your venue, caterer, or DJ, are contracted and paid directly unless your proposal says otherwise.

Booking and payment

Packages are reserved with a 50% payment, and the balance is due 14 days before your event. For the best availability, book coordination at least 6 weeks ahead and full planning at least 3 months ahead.

Now Booking Weddings: Introductory Rates

We’re bringing our hospitality and design to weddings. Our first five couples receive introductory coordination rates in exchange for an honest review and permission to share photos from the day.

Wedding Day-of Coordination

$1,200 introductory (regularly $1,800)

Up to 10 hours on site, rehearsal direction, vendor confirmations, a wedding-day timeline, and ceremony and reception management.

We step in 6 weeks out: planning review, vendor confirmations, floor plan, timeline, rehearsal direction, and full wedding-day coordination.

Introductory rates are limited to the first five wedding bookings. Photo booths, rentals, and décor for your wedding can be added at our standard prices.

  • No. Planning fees cover our time and expertise. Rentals, photo booths, and curated experiences are added at the prices shown on our site, so your total is always clear.

  • Yes. Everything on our site can be booked online on its own. Planning is there when you want a partner for the whole event.
